About
Kathy Knudson LMFT 38737, LMHC 490, NCC, LAADC, CEAP
As a therapist and career counselor, I address issues with career and life transitions, anxiety, depression, stress management and substance abuse. As a licensed clinician and former corporate recruiter, I have a unique perspective on the world of work.
In addition, I help those who are having difficulty at work; such as dealing with a difficult boss, co-workers, or other stressful job-related situations.
What Makes Me Different
I’m a career counselor, but also a licensed therapist. My therapy background means you’ll be able to address your career challenges, as well as any mental health issues at the same time. Let’s talk about what you want your life to look like and how to get you there.
My clients often tell me that this process helped to give them a new outlook on their situation, and as a result, their life. My unique approach will allow you to take a step back and figure out what’s really important to you.
Some of my favorite questions to explore include:
What are your values and what if your values were aligned with your actions?
What matters to you right now?
What’s your definition of success?
What is your definition of work?
What is your relationship to money?
How has your family influenced your choices?
We will dive in and answer these questions. And from there, we focus on helping you create the life you choose.
